This new facility for the client is strategically designed to accommodate the growing demands of its anhydrous ammonia operations while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and compliance with environmental considerations. The integration of logistical infrastructure and safety measures will support seamless operations, positioning the client for continued success in the field.
The dispatch building houses office spaces and associated facilities necessary for daily operations, providing a functional and organized environment for staff. A tank farm for storing and managing outgoing anhydrous ammonia products was coordinated with the site plan required piping connection to the building.
Located along Fairmont Parkway, the project site required careful design considerations to address potential windstorm impacts and flooding. A large detention pond will be constructed to manage stormwater runoff and mitigate flooding risks effectively.
