Flotek

The Flotek project consisted of the renovation and build-out of an existing office suite into updated offices, restrooms, and specialized laboratory environments. The primary focus of the project was the construction of two new laboratories designed for fluid analysis and geologic reservoir testing.

To support laboratory operations, specialized mechanical systems were installed, including new fume hoods, rooftop air handlers, and snorkel exhaust fans to safely manage chemical exhaust requirements. New interior finishes were incorporated throughout to create a cohesive and modern workspace.

Delivered through a design-build approach, the project emphasized efficiency, functionality, and safety while meeting the technical demands of laboratory operations.
